REPOST finished guashe paintings and painting comps

I finished the paintings with REAL PAINT! Guashe to be exact on illustration board. The top ones are the guashe versions and the bottom are the original photoshop comps. I stuck to making things flatter as I have not painted in a while. But my next paintings in guashe I am going to round out more and add more texture and depth to.
I really enjoyed working with paint, I miss being able to hold my creations in my hands.It is so different working in photoshop. You do not get nearly the same feeling after you finish a piece, its living only on your screen.

Hope you guys enjoy. I think my next project is going to be a little childrens book full of small clips from my childhood adventures. Not sure yet. But I am exited to move on to something that allows me to be more creative then I allowed myself to be when building a portfolio in search of work in the past months.
